Located on the Flint River in present-day Crawford County, Georgia, the Creek Agency was the home and headquarters of Agent Benjamin Hawkins. Hawkins lived there with his family, slaves, and small staff during the war, and died there in 1816.

A marker for the Agency stands about one-quarter mile north of the Flint River on Georgia Highway 128 near Roberta, Georgia.
